| Zarząd Spółki CARLSON INVESTMENTS S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej Emitent, Spółka) w związku z opublikowanym przez Spółkę raportem EBI nr 22/2021 z dnia 5 lipca 2021 roku, obejmującym publikację treści uchwał Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Emitenta podjętych w dniu 5 lipca 2021 roku wyjaśnia, iż w treści uchwał zidentyfikowano omyłkę rachunkową w postaci mylnego wyliczenia procentowego akcji w kapitale zakładowym, z których oddano ważne głosy, przy każdej uchwale objętej protokołem z posiedzenia ZWZ. Procentowy udział akcji w kapitale zakładowym, z których oddano ważne głosy wynosił 67,55%,a nie jak omyłkowo wskazano 16,89%.<br /> W załączeniu do niniejszego raportu Zarząd przekazuje sprostowaną treść uchwał podjętych przez Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie w dniu 5 lipca 2021 r. W pozostałym zakresie treść uchwał pozostaje bez zmian. <br /> Podstawa prawna:§ 4 ust. 2 pkt 7.)-9.) Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu ASO „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect.”<br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------<br /> The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer, the Company) in connection with the publication by the Company of EBI Report No. 22/2021 of 5 July 2021 covering the publication of the content of resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Issuer adopted on 5 July 2021, explains that a calculation error has been identified in the content of the resolutions in the form of an erroneous calculation of the percentage of shares in the share capital from which valid votes were cast, for each resolution included in the minutes of the Ordinary General Meeting. The percentage of shares in the share capital from which valid votes were cast was 67.55%, and not 16.89% as erroneously indicated.<br /> Attached to this report, the Management Board provides the corrected wording of the resolutions adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting on 5 July 2021. In other respects, the content of the resolutions remains unchanged. <br /> Legal basis: § 4, sec. 2, point 7.)-9.)
