| The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer, the Company) informs of an incidental breach of the Company's information obligation regarding the timely publication of a periodic report for the second quarter of 2023. According to the schedule published in current report No. 2/2023 on January 12, 2023 on the publication of periodic reports for 2023, the Issuer should have posted the report for Q2 2023 on August 14, 2023.<br /> The report in question was published today. The delay was not intentional, the financial data was prepared by the Company on time, and the failure to publish the report is the result of human mistake. The Issuer's Management Board will make every effort to ensure that similar events do not occur in the future. Legal basis: point 16a of the Appendix to Resolution No. 293/2010 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange dated March 31, 2010 - "Good Practices of Companies Listed on NewConnect". |
