| Zarząd CARLSON INVESTMENTS S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej jako Spółka, Emitent) niniejszym przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości Raport Roczny za rok obrotowy 2020 wraz z załącznikami.<br /> Emitent wskazuje jednocześnie, że w procesie przygotowanie skonsolidowanego sprawozdania Grupy Kapitałowej za rok obrotowy 2020 zidentyfikował trudności związane z sytuacją COVID, w tym śmierć jednej z osób związanej z przygotowaniem pakietów konsolidacyjnych. Wyżej wymieniona sytuacja uniemożliwiła złożenie w dniu dzisiejszym rzetelnego raportu skonsolidowanego. Emitent podjął natychmiast działania oraz informuje, że skonsolidowany raport za 2020 rok zostanie przekazany najpóźniej do publicznej wiadomości w dniu 2 czerwca 2021r. Zarząd Spółki jest w pełni świadomy, że nieprzekazanie raportu skonsolidowanego rocznego w określonym przez Regulamin ASO terminie stanowi naruszenie zasad obowiązujących w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect., Zaistniałe okoliczności są jednak od Emitenta niezależne i zostały spowodowane nagłą sytuacją losową <br /> Podstawa prawna: § 5 ust. 1 pkt 2 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect" <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------<br /> The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Company, the Issuer) hereby publishes the Annual Report for the 2020 financial year together with the attachments.<br /> At the same time, the Issuer indicates that in the process of preparing the consolidated report of the Capital Group for the 2020 financial year, it identified difficulties related to the situation of COVID, including the death of one of the persons involved in the preparation of the consolidation packages. The aforementioned situation made it impossible to file a reliable consolidated report today. The Issuer has taken immediate action and announces that the consolidated report for 2020 will be made public on 2 June 2021 at the latest. The Management Board of the Company is fully aware that the failure to publish the consolidated annual report within the deadline set by the ATS Rules constitutes a breach of the rules applicable in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market.
