| Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: "Spółka", "Emitent") informuje, że w dniu 24 października 2018 roku, zgodnie z Warunkami Emisji, które stanowiły załącznik do Uchwały nr 02/12/10/2016 z dnia 12 października 2016 r., dokonał wykupu 488 szt. Obligacji serii M24 celem ich umorzenia.<br /> Podstawa prawna: §3 ust. 1 pkt 6 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje Bieżące i Okresowe przekazywane w Alternatywnym Systemie Obrotu na rynku NewConnect" -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Management Board of Aforti Holding SA based in Warsaw ("the Company", "the Issuer") hereby announces, that on 24th October 2018, in accordance with the Conditions of Issue which comprised an annex to Resolution of the Board no 02/12/10/2016 dated on 12th October 2016, it purchased 488 of the M24 series Bonds to redemption of them.
