("WZ"): 1. Paweł Przewięźlikowski 3.052.663 akcji Spółki, które uprawniały do wykonywania 5.984.663 głosów, co stanowiło odpowiednio 31,48 % akcji na WZ oraz 45,41% głosów na WZ oraz 27,41% w ogólnej liczbie głosów; 2. Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych Allianz Polska S.A. 2.015.577 akcji Spółki, które uprawniały do wykonywania 2.015.577 głosów, co stanowiło odpowiednio 20,78% akcji na WZ oraz 15,29% głosów na WZ oraz 9,23% w ogólnej liczbie głosów; 3. Shareholders controlling at least 5% of the votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of Selvita S.A. convened on June 27th, 2023 The Management Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (“Company”) hereby announces that the following shareholders controlled at least 5% of the votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of the Company ("GSM") convened on June 27th, 2023: 1. Paweł Przewięźlikowski 3,052,663 shares of the Company, which entitled to exercise 5,984,663 votes, representing 31.48% of the shares at the GSM and 45.41% of the votes at the GSM and 27.41% of the total number of votes, respectively; 2. Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych Allianz Polska S.A. 2,015,577 shares in the Company, which entitled to exercise 2,015,577 votes, representing 20.78% of shares at the GSM and 15.29% of votes at the GM and 9.23% of the total number of votes, respectively; 3. Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny 1,901,000 shares in the Company, which entitled to exercise 1,901,000 votes, which constituted respectively 19.60% of shares at the GSM and 14.42% of votes at the GSM and 8.71% in the total number of votes; 4. Bogusław Sieczkowski 907,159 shares of the Company, which entitled to exercise 1,457,159 votes, which constituted respectively 9.35% of shares at the GSM and 11.06% of votes at the GSM and 6.67% in the total number of votes; 5.
