Zarząd Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Spółka") niniejszym przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości wykaz akcjonariuszy Emitenta posiadających co najmniej 5% liczby głosów na Nadzwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki, które odbyło się w dniu 1 marca 2022 r. ("NWZ"):

1. Paweł Przewięźlikowski 3.880.663 akcji Spółki, które uprawniały do wykonywania 7.380.663 głosów, co stanowiło odpowiednio 42.17% akcji na NWZ oraz 55.69% głosów na NWZ oraz 32,94% w ogólnej liczbie głosów;
2. Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny 1.901.000 akcji Spółki, które uprawniały do wykonywania 1.901.000 głosów, co stanowiło odpowiednio 20.66% akcji na NWZ oraz 14.34% głosów na NWZ oraz 8.48% w ogólnej liczbie głosów;
3. Bogusław Sieczkowski 942.417 akcji Spółki, które uprawniały do wykonywania 1.492.417 głosów, co stanowiło odpowiednio 10.24% akcji na NWZ oraz 11.26% głosów na NWZ oraz 6,66% w ogólnej liczbie głosów;
4. Augebit FIZ 1.047.738 akcji Spółki, które uprawniały do wykonywania 1.047.738 głosów, co stanowiło odpowiednio 11.38% akcji na NWZ oraz 7.90% głosów na NWZ oraz 4,67% w ogólnej liczbie głosów;
5. Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" 710.000 akcji Spółki, które uprawniały do wykonywania 710.000 głosów, co stanowiło odpowiednio 7.71% akcji na NWZ oraz 5.35% głosów na NWZ oraz 3.16% w ogólnej liczbie głosów;
6. Norges Bank (Government of Norway) 701.394 akcji Spółki, które uprawniały do wykonywania 701.394 głosów, co stanowiło odpowiednio 7.62% akcji na NWZ oraz 5.29% głosów na NWZ oraz 3.13% w ogólnej liczbie głosów.

Zgodnie z listą obecności na NWZ reprezentowani byli akcjonariusze posiadający 9.200.845 akcji uprawniających do wykonywania 13.250.845 głosów.

Ogólna liczba akcji w Spółce wynosi 18.355.474 i daje prawo do 22.405.474 głosów.

The Management Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (“Company”) hereby announces that the following shareholders controlled at least 5% of the votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company ("General Meeting") convened on March 1st, 2022:

1. Paweł Przewięźlikowski, who held 3.880.663 shares of the Company and controlled 7.380.663 votes, which corresponds to 42.17% of the shares represented at the General Meeting, 55.69% of the votes represented at the General Meeting and 32,94% of the total number of votes;
2. Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, which held 1.901.000 shares of the Company and controlled 1.901.000 votes, which corresponds to 20.66% of the shares represented at the General Meeting, 14.34% of the votes represented at the General Meeting and 8,48% of the total number of votes;
3. Bogusław Sieczkowski, who held 942.417 shares of the Company and controlled 1.492.417 votes, which corresponds to 10.24% of the shares represented at the General Meeting, 11.26% of the votes represented at the General Meeting and 6,66% of the total number of votes;
4. Augebit FIZ, which held 1.047.738 shares of the Company and controlled 1.047.738 votes, which corresponds to 11.38% of the shares represented at the General Meeting, 7.90% of the votes represented at the General Meeting and 4,67% of the total number of votes.
5. Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień", which held 710.000 shares of the Company and controlled 710.000 votes, which corresponds to 7.71% of the shares represented at the General Meeting, 5.35% of the votes represented at the General Meeting and 3.16% of the total number of votes.
6. Norges Bank (Government of Norway), which held 701.394 shares of the Company and controlled 701.394 votes, which corresponds to 7.62% of the shares represented at the General Meeting, 5.29% of the votes represented at the General Meeting and 3.13% of the total number of votes.

According to the list of attendance at the General Meeting of the Company 9.200.845 shares of the Company (giving the right to 13.250.845 votes) were represented at the General Meeting.

The total number of shares in the Company is 18.355.474 and gives right to 22.405.474 votes.
