| Sadovaya Group S.A., a joint stock company under Luxembourg law, with registered office at 65, boulevard Grande-Duchesse Charlotte L–1331 Luxembourg, registered in the Luxembourg Register of Companies under No. B 153.489, (the “Company"), hereby informs you the following: Two subsidiaries of Sadovaya Group S.A. that is “Interinvest" LLC and “Shakhta “Sadovaya" LLC could not meet its liabilities according to the Credit contract dd December 12, 2011 with OTP Bank. As of September 29, 2015 Primary allegation on debt enforcement was submitted to the Court. Legal grounds: Article 56.1 of Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, and Article 14 of the Luxembourg law of 11 January 2008 relating to the transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market.
