The Notice of Meeting, including agenda and proxy voting cards in English, are available on the Company’s website at the following link: http://www.plazacenters.com/index.php?p=general_meetings_os_2019 Documents made available by the Company for the purpose of the EGM may be inspected during normal working hours at the registered office of the Company (Pietersbergweg 283, 1105 BM Amsterdam, the Netherlands).
