| Zarząd Polskiego Koncernu Naftowego ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN", "Emitent") informuje, że w dniu 7 lutego 2012 roku ORLEN Deutschland GmbH ("ORLEN Deutschland GmbH") podpisał umowę z Lekkerland Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, Europaallee 57, 50226 Frechen, Niemcy (“Lekkerland Deutschland"). Na podstawie umowy Lekkerland Deutschland będzie dostarczać towary pozapaliwowe na stacje paliw prowadzone przez ORLEN Deutschland GmbH w okresie od 1 lutego 2012 roku do 31 stycznia 2015 roku. Szacunkowa wartość netto umowy w całym okresie jej trwania wynosi około 657 mln EUR, czyli około 2 747 mln PLN, według kursu średniego Narodowego Banku Polskiego dla EUR/PLN z 7 lutego 2012 roku. Powyższa umowa stanowi "znaczącą umowę" w rozumieniu przepisów Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim, jako, że jej wartość przekracza 10% kapitałów własnych Emitenta. PKN ORLEN posiada 100% udziałów w kapitale zakładowym ORLEN Deutschland GmbH. | ||||||||||||

| ORLEN Deutschland has signed the agreement with Lekkerland Deutschland GmbH & Co. KGRegulatory announcement no 30/2012 dated 7 February 2012Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (“PKN ORLEN") hereby informs that on 7 February 2012 ORLEN Deutschland GmbH (“ORLEN Deutschland") signed an agreement with Lekkerland Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, Europaallee 57, 50226 Frechen, Germany (“Lekkerland Deutschland"). On the base of the agreement Lekkerland Deutschland will be delivering to gas stations of ORLEN Deutschland goods and services from the non-fuel categories in the period of 1 February 2012 until 31 January 2015.Estimated net value of the agreement in the whole contractual period amounts to EUR 657 million, i.e. PLN 2 747 m based on EUR/PLN average exchange rate as of 7 February 2012, stated by the National Bank of Poland.In accordance with the “Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state" the abovementioned agreement constitutes a “significant agreement" due to the fact that its value exceeds 10% of PKN ORLEN’s equity.PKN ORLEN owns 100% of the registered capital of ORLEN Deutschland. | |||
