| Zarząd Polskiego Koncernu Naftowego ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN S.A.", "Spółka") w związku z organizowaną emisją euroobligacji, która ma odbyć się na przełomie czerwca i lipca 2007 roku ("Emisja euroobligacji"), informuje, iż planowana wysokość wydatków inwestycyjnych ("CAPEX") dla Grupy Kapitałowej PKN ORLEN S.A. na lata 2007-2012 wyniesie łącznie 21,18 miliardów złotych. Plany uwzględniają już szacowane nakłady inwestycyjne w Grupie Kapitałowej Mazeikiu Nafta ("MN") w łącznej wysokości 4,57 miliardów złotych. Plan wydatków inwestycyjnych dla całej Grupy Kapitałowej PKN ORLEN S.A. w rozbiciu na lata projekcji jest następujący: Wydatki inwestycyjne w miliardach złotych, Grupa PKN ORLEN S.A. 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 Razem 3,63 4,69 4,74 3,42 2,84 1,86 Plan wydatków inwestycyjnych Grupy Kapitałowej PKN ORLEN S.A. na lata 2007-2012 zakłada średnioroczny poziom CAPEX 3,53 miliarda złotych. Budowa kompleksu PX/PTA 2. Intensyfikacja instalacji tlenku etylenu i butadienu Rafineria 1. Rozbudowa kompleksu rafineryjnego w MN - patrz raport giełdowy nr 33/2007 z dnia 4 czerwca 2007 roku wraz z korektą 2. Zwiększenie mocy produkcyjnych oleju napędowego na rynek – instalacja HON VII 3. Budowa wytwórni wodoru Chemia 1. Modernizacja linii produkcyjnych PCW (wraz ze wzrostem zdolności przerobowych) 2. Budowa wytwórni cykloheksanonu 3. Budowa wytwórni politereftalanu butylenu (PBT) - dalszy przerób PTA Detal 1. Rozwój sieci detalicznej w Polsce, Niemczech, Czechach i na Litwie Handel Ropą i Upstream 1. Zgodnie z obecną strategią upstream Pozostałe (Produkcja Pomocnicza, Logistyka, Oleje, Hurt, Centrum Korporacyjne) 1. Przygotowanie baz magazynowych do dozowania biokomponentów 2. (“PKN ORLEN") in accordance with the organization of the eurobonds issue, which is planned to take place at the turn of June and July (“Eurobond Issue"), announces that the assumed total capital expenditure (“CAPEX") for the PKN ORLEN Capital Group in years 2007-2012 will amount to PLN 21.18 billion. Construction of the paraxylene (PX) / terephthalic acid (PTA) plants. 2. Intensification of the unit of ethylene oxide and butadieneRefining 1. Development of the refining complex in Mazeikiu Nafta – see regulatory announcement no 33/2007 dated 4 June 2007 and its correction. 2. Increasing the capacity of the diesel unit – HON VII plant. 3. Construction of the hydrogen production plant.Chemicals 1. Modernisation of the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) production lines – including the production capacity increase. 2. Construction of the cyclohexanone unit. 3. Construction of the butylen polyterephthalate (PBT) production unit – further processing of terephthalic acid (PTA).Retail 1. Development of the retail network in Poland, Germany and Lithuania. Crude oil trade and Upstream 1. In accordance to the current upstream strategy. Others (including: Supporting Production, Logistics, Oil, Wholesale Corporate Center) 1. Preparing the storage depots for biocomponents dosage. 2. Development of the pipeline network (Wroclaw). 3. Investing in the heat and power generating plant which would provide the compliance with the future regulations related to the gas emissions as well as unit renovation.
