| Na podstawie § 5 pkt 5 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim, Zarząd Orange Polska S.A.(„Orange Polska”) informuje o powołaniu osób zarządzających na kolejne kadencje. Jolanta Dudek, Bożena Leśniewska, Piotr Jaworski oraz Witold Drożdż powołani na kolejne kadencje do Zarządu Orange Polska. W dniu 22 marca 2024 roku: Rada Nadzorcza Orange Polska powołała następujące osoby na stanowiska członków Zarządu, na kolejne kadencje: Jolantę Dudek, Bożenę Leśniewską, Piotra Jaworskiego oraz Witolda Drożdża. Powołanie zostało dokonane przed upływem obecnej kadencji. Kadencje rozpoczną się w dniu najbliższego Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia zatwierdzającego sprawozdanie finansowe Orange Polska za 2023 rok. Do czasu włączenia obszaru Obsługi Klienta do struktur Orange Polska pełniła funkcję Prezesa Zarządu Orange Customer Service (do roku 2016). Od 2015 roku pełniła funkcję Członka Zarządu Orange Polska odpowiedzialnego za obszar Doświadczeń Klientów. (translation of Polish version) Pursuant to art. 5, item 5 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the terms governing recognition of information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent information, the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A. (“Orange Polska”) informs about appointment of managing persons for the new terms of office. Jolanta Dudek, Bożena Leśniewska, Piotr Jaworski and Witold Drożdż reappointed for the new terms of office to the Orange Polska Management Board On 22 March 2024 the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska reappointed the following persons for the next terms of office as members of the Management Board: Jolanta Dudek, Bożena Leśniewska, Piotr Jaworski and Witold Drożdż. The renewals were made before the expiration of the current terms of office. The new terms of office start on the day of the next Annual General Meeting that will accept the financial statements of Orange Polska for 2023. According to the Articles of Association of Orange Polska, the term of office of the Management Board member is three years calculated from the appointment date to the date of the General Meeting which approves the financial statements for the second full financial year of his service as a member of the Management Board, for a period of three years. Jolanta Dudek is the Vice President in charge of Consumer Market, Bożena Leśniewska is the Vice President in charge of Business Market, Piotr Jaworski is the Board Member in charge of Networks and Technology and Witold Drożdż is the Board Member in charge of Strategy and Corporate Affairs Resumes Jolanta Dudek (born 1964), Vice-President of the Management Board of Orange Polska in charge of Consumer Market since July 1, 2021. She began her career in telecommunications at PTK Centertel in 2000, holding management positions related to mass customer care and taking part in the development of customer service for the Idea mobile network. Between 2004 and 2010, she served as Director of Business Customer Service for the Orange network. In October 2010, she was appointed Director of Mobile Business Customer Service in Orange Customer Service. From November 2013, she was the Executive Director in charge of Customer Care in Orange Polska. Until incorporation of Orange Customer Service into Orange Polska’s main structure in 2016, she served as CEO of Orange Customer Service. In 2015, she was appointed the Management Board Member in charge of Customer Experience. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Philology at the University of Silesia and postgraduate studies in European Economy Management with a diploma from French Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) and the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). She is also a graduate of postgraduate studies at the Academy of Leadership Psychology at Warsaw University of Technology Business School. She is also an experienced Lead Auditor of Quality Management System ISO 2002 and Customer Operations Performance Center (COPC®) Co ordinator. According to her statement, Jolanta Dudek does not conduct any business activity outside Orange Polska and is not a partner in any partnership under civil law or another type of partnership, or a member of a governing body of any incorporated company or any other legal entity which would be competitive to Orange Polska. Bożena Leśniewska (born 1965), since 2017, as the Vice-President of the Management Board, she has been in charge of Business Market. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications sector. From 1996 she was responsible for the sales market in Polkomtel S.A., initially as Sales Director, then Regional Director, Mass Customers Department Director and Deputy Director of the Business Customers Department. In 2006 she joined the Orange Polska team in PTK Centertel as Deputy Branch Director of Sales for Business Market, then Branch Director of Business Market Sales. From 2008 she was Branch Director for Business Customers, then Sales Director for both PTK Centertel and Orange Polska. In November 2013, she became Executive Director in charge of Sales in Orange Polska, and two years later she was appointed the Management Board Member in charge of Sales and Commercial Digitisation. Since January 2017, as Vice President of the Management Board of Orange Polska, she has been responsible for the business market as well as companies Integrated Solutions (2017), BlueSoft (2019), Craftware (2020). She has been a member of the Orange Foundation Board since 2021. In March 2024 she became a member of the Supervisory Board of Integrated Solutions and a member of the Supervisory Board of BlueSoft.

Witold Drożdż (born 1974) has been with Orange Polska since 2012, as Executive Director in charge of Corporate Affairs (from 2012 to November 2018) and Management Board Member in charge of Strategy and Corporate Affairs (since November 2018). From 2010 to 2012, he was the Vice-President of the Management Board and then acting President of the Management Board for PGE Energia Jądrowa S.A. Between 2007 and 2010, he served as Deputy Minister of the Interior and Administration, responsible for the development of information society and public records, as well as Chairman of the government committee Digital Poland, and a member of the government Committee for Energy Security and the inter-ministerial Committee for Digital TV and Radio Broadcasting. He sits on the Orange Foundation Board. He is a graduate of Law and International Relations at the University of Warsaw and the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University. According to his statement, Witold Drożdż does not conduct any business activity outside Orange Polska and is not a partner in any partnership under civil law or another type of partnership, or a member of a governing body of any incorporated company or any other legal entity which would be competitive to Orange Polska. Piotr Jaworski (born 1961), Management Board Member in charge of Network and Technology since November 2018. From September 2016 he held the position of Executive Director in charge of Network and Technology in Orange Polska. He is a Member of the Supervisory Boards of Światłowód Inwestycje and NetWorkS! . In 2008–2022, he served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TP Teltech. Piotr Jaworski has been working at Orange Polska (formerly Telekomunikacja Polska) since 1991, initially as the Technical Manager in the Białystok Technical Unit, then, in the Company’s headquarters, as the Director of the Business Customer Relations Department and Regional Executive Director (for South and Central Regions). Between 2007 and 2013, he was the Technical Customer Service Director. Then, until 2016, he worked as the Service Delivery and Maintenance Director, responsible for technical processes of service provision and maintenance (for both Orange customers and alternative operators), network investments (including VHBB FTTH roll-out) and active network maintenance. He has been the leader of several projects in customer experience development.Between 2007 and 2020 Member of the OPL Ethics Committee. He has been involved in charity work for years. He has graduated in electronic engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology and holds MBA qualifications from the University of Gdańsk and the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow.
