| AB Novaturas (the “Company”) has received information that the news portal www.delfi.lv (http://www.delfi.lv/bizness/uznemumi/turoperators-novatours-sogad-prognoze-35-40-apgrozijuma-pieaugumu.d?id=49874007) published information that the profit and turnover of the Company’s subsidiary Novatours SIA can grow 35-40% in 2018 compared to 2017, also that the average price of a packaged tour amounts to EUR 700 and online sales make 20 percent of the total package tours. Another internet portal www.tvnet.lv (http://www.tvnet.lv/financenet/nozares/778611-novatours_60_klientu_celojumus_vasaras_sezonai_iegadajas_jau_rudeni) published information that the Company’s subsidiary Novatours SIA sold 60 percent of tours of the summer season program. The Company would like to draw investors’ attention to the fact that the above information is exclusively related to potential results of operations and performance indicators of Novatours SIA (not the Company or the Company’s group), which, depending on circumstances, either may be achieved or not, that is exclusively the opinion of the manager of Novatours SIA and this information has not been verified by the Company to any extent, has not been approved by the Company, the Company did not take part in preparation of this information, the information is unaudited. The Company also informs that it has not published any profit and turnover forecasts of the Company, the Company’s group and/or individual subsidiaries before the publication of this notification and does not intend to publish them in the near future. In case the Company decided to publish forecasts in the future, investors would be informed about that under the procedure set by legal acts.
