| Starting November 25th, Živilė Kaselienė takes over the position of the Head of Sofa Travel (JSC "Aviaturas ir partneriai"), a travel agency managed by Novaturas in Lithuania, replacing Dovydas Miciulevičius. Živilė has more than ten years of management experience in the field of customer service, she is especially skilled in process management and development as well as operational efficiency. “First of all, I thank Dovydas for his leadership and dedication. I wish to the new manager the best of luck in leading one of the oldest travel agencies in the country,” says Audronė Keinytė, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Novaturas. Sofa Travel is a notably experienced travel agency in Lithuania, operating since 1997. It runs customer service centers in three major cities in Lithuania and also develops its own online sales channels.
