| Informacja dotycząca publikacji raportów / Information regarding publication of reports Belvedere SA informuje, że w związku z art. 56a ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych ("Ustawa"), Spółka będzie sporządzała i publikowała w języku angielskim raporty, o których mowa w art. 56 ust. 1 Ustawy. Rzeczpospolita Polska jest państwem macierzystym Spółki, dlatego Belvedere SA może wybrać język przekazywanych raportów. Belvedere SA informs that in relation to art. 56a of the Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies Act of 29th July 2005 (the “Act"), it will draw up and publish in English its obligatory reports mentioned in art. 56 section 1 of the Act). The Republic of Poland is a host state for the Company, therefore Belvedere SA is able to choose the language of its reports. | ||||||||||||
