(the "Company") informs that on 27th of September 2011 the Company received a letter from ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.(ING TFI), with its registered seat in 10/14, Plac Trzech Krzyzy, 00-499 Warsaw. With this letter ING TFI informs the Company that in the result of the transaction settled on 13th September 2011 it holds above 5% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of KSG Agro S.A.
