(Emitent) informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym powziął informację o zmianie wysokości udziału w ogólnej liczbie głosów w Kredyt Inkaso S.A. przez Renale Management Limited o poniższej treści: "Uprzejmie informuję, że w wyniku transakcji zbycia akcji Kredyt Inkaso S.A. poprzez opłacenie certyfikatów inwestycyjnych AGIO RB FIZ zarządzany przez AgioFunds TFI S.A. zrealizowanej 29.01.2014 r. w Warszawie, udział Renale Management Limited w głosach na WZA Kredyt Inkaso S.A. spadł do poziomu 13,13%. Przed wyżej opisaną transakcją Renale Management Limited posiadała 2 991 965 szt. akcji, które stanowiły 23,13% w kapitale zakładowym Spółki oraz uprawniały do 2 991 965 głosów, które dawały 23,13% głosów na WZA Spółki. Obecnie Renale Management Limited posiada 1 698 465 sztuk akcji, które stanowią 13,13% w kapitale zakładowym Kredyt Inkaso S.A. oraz uprawniają do 1 698 465 głosów, które dają 13,13% wszystkich głosów na WZA Spółki. Intencją Renale Management Limited jest wniesienie wszystkich posiadanych papierów wartościowych do AGIO RB Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty". | ||||||||||||

Legal basis: Art.70, pt.1 of the act of 29 July 2005 r. on public offer and introducing financial instruments into the organized trade system and on public companies Contents of the report: Management Board of Kredyt Inkaso S.A. (Issuer) informs that today, it took knowledge of the change of the share volume in the general number of votes in Kredyt Inkaso S.A. by Renale Management Limited of the following content: „I am kindly informing that, as a result of the transaction of the sale of Kredyt Inkaso S.A. shares by payment of investment certificates of AGIO RB FIZ managed by AgioFunds TFI S.A. concluded on 29.01.2014 in Warsaw, the share of Renale Management Limited in the votes in the Kredyt Inkaso General Assembly of the Shareholders decreased to the level of 13,13%. Prior to the above mentioned transaction Renale Management Limited held 2 991 965 pieces of shares, which constituted 23,13% in the Company’s share capital and entitled to 2 991 965 which resulted in 23,13% votes in the Company’s General Assembly of the Shareholders. Presently, Renale Management Limited holds 1 698 465 pieces of shares, constituting 13,13% in the Kredyt Inkaso S.A. share capital and entitling to 1 698 465 votes, which results in 13,13% of all votes in the Companys General Assembly of the Shareholders.
