| KDM Shipping Public Limited (the “Company") on 9th of April 2013 signed the Memorandum of Agreement (“MoA") for the purchase of one dry bulk cargo vessel built in Damen Shipyard (Holland) in 1989, of capacity DWT 2,970 tonnes, 87.72 m long and draft of 4.5 meters. According to MOA provisions, delivery of the vessel is estimated at the beginning-mid May 2013. All documents and technical condition are checked by the Company and the vessel could be operational from the delivery date. The ship will remain under Loyd Registry until the next scheduled dock repair. The Company purchased the vessel for the consideration of EUR 2.857 million financed from the IPO proceeds. After the delivery of the vessel, the Company’s cargo fleet will consist of 10 river-sea, dry cargo vessels of total 29 673 DWT.
