| AB INTER RAO Lietuva (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announces that the Meeting of the Supervisory Board was convened on 31 March 2021 in which all appointed members of the Supervisory Board unanimously adopted the following resolutions: Resolution. Appointment of the new members of the Board. Resolved: To elect the following persons as the members of the Board of AB INTER RAO Lietuva for an office term of four years: - Ms. ALEXANDRA PANINA; - Ms. TATIANA ZALTSMAN; - Mr. EVGENY SARYMSAKOV; - Mr. VIDAS ČEBATARIŪNAS; - Mr. GIEDRIUS BALČIŪNAS.
