| AB INTER RAO Lietuva (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announces that on 16 June 2015 the authorized capital of the Company expressed in euro and the new wording of Articles of Association of the Company were registered at the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania. The new wording of Articles of Association was approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on 30 April 2015. As of the registration day the par value of one Company‘s share is equal to 0.29 euro and the Company's authorized capital is equal to 5,800,000 euro. Legal grounds: Article 56 section 1 point 1 in connection with article 56 section 6 of the Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and Conditions governing the Admission of Financial Instruments to Trading on Organized Markets, and on Listed Companies. | |||||||||||
