The management board of Globe Trade Centre Spółka Akcyjna (the “Company”) announces the receipt of the communication No. ONP/2021/172 of the management board of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the “KDPW”) dated 28 December 2021, pursuant to which the date of the registration of 88,700,000 (eighty-eight million, seven hundred thousand) rights to the series O ordinary bearer shares in the Company (prawa do akcji), each with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 (ten groszy), registered under the KDPW decision No. 1563/2021 dated 23 December 2021 (which was announced by the Company by way of a current report No. 21/2021 dated 23 December 2021) was set for 29 December 2021.
