| The Management Board of Gi Group Poland S.A. ("Company" or "Issuer"), with reference to current report No. 18/2022 of 18 February 2022 on early repayment of loans by the Issuer, informs that on 22 February 2022 the Company received the consent of Gi International S.R.L. with its registered office in Milan, Italy ("Lender") for the early repayment of the financing obtained from the Lender in the total amount of PLN 79,123,000.00 (seventy nine million one hundred and twenty three thousand zlotys) ("Debt") resulting from the loan obtained in order to repay the debt to the banks, about which the Issuer informed in current report No. 67/2021 and a part of the financing obtained on the basis of the Financing Agreement, about which the Issuer informed, among others, in current report Nos 54/2020 and 55/2021. Simultaneously, the terms of early repayment of the Debt presented in the consent also provide for the payment of interest due until the date of repayment of the Debt on the financing obtained from the Lender, i.e. in the total amount of EUR 434,510.60 (four hundred and thirty four thousand five hundred and ten euros and 60/100) ("Interest"). Based on the obtained consent of the Lender, on 22 February 2022 the Company executed payment to the Lender the amount of the Debt increased by the Interest. As a result of the analysis carried out, the Issuer assumed that qualification of the above-mentioned information as confidential within the meaning of Art. 17 (1) MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report, is justified. Legal basis: Art. 17(1) of Regulation EU No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
