| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer or the Company) hereby encloses the content of resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company ("EGM") on 18 May 2016. Appendix no. 1 - Content of resolutions adopted by EGM on 18 May 2016. Legal basis: 1. Art. 56(1)(2) of the Act on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments into organized trading system and on public companies (Dz.U. of 2009, No. 185, item 1439, as amended) 2. § 38 section 1 item 7 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009, on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by laws of non-member state.
