| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: "Company" or “Issuer”), informs of receiving on August 21, 2020 - pursuant to art. 69 par. 1 point 1) in connection with art. 87 par. 5 point 1of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 623, as amended) (hereinafter: "the Act"), from the beneficial owner (“Beneficial Owner”) of GI International S.R.L. with its registered office in Milan, Italian Republic (“GI”) - notification of August 21, 2020 containing information on the indirect acquisition of shares in the share capital of the Company ("Notification"). The Notification is based on the acquisition by GI of the Company's shares as a result of the conclusion of share sale agreements with the Company's shareholders on August 14, 2020 (10,060,113 shares) and two agreements on August 19, 2020 (6,231,111 shares and 3,255,000 shares ) ("Transactions"), about which the Issuer informed in the current report no. 61/2020. The Beneficial Owner indicated that the execution of the Transaction under the above sale agreements took place upon registration of the shares being the subject of the Transaction on the securities accounts kept for GI on August 20, 2020. According to the Notification, the Beneficial Owner did not hold (directly or indirectly) any shares of the Company prior to the above Transactions. As a result of the Transactions concluded, the Beneficial Owner as at August 21, 2020 indirectly holds 19,546,224 shares of the Company, constituting 29.8% of the share capital of this Company and entitling to 19,546,224 votes, which constitutes approximately 29.8% of the total number of votes . The Notification, referred to in this current report, constitutes Appendix No. 1 to this report.
