(hereinafter: Issuer or Company) hereby corrects the wrong number of current report No. 75/3019 dated 17 October 2019 concerning the resignation of the supervisory person that occurred due to a writing mistake. The current number of the current report 75/3019 The correct number of the current report 75/2019 The content of the current report remains unchanged. Legal base: 1. Art. 56 paragraph 1 point 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading system and on public companies. 2. § 5 point 4 and § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 regarding the current and periodic information given by the issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent of the information required by law of a country which is not a Member State.
