| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Company") informs about the correction made - due to the revealed numbering mistakes: 1) of the current report no. 40/2020 dated 1 July 2020. (Polish language version), which was mistakenly marked with this number, while its correct marking should be 41/2020; and 2) current report dated 3 July 2020 (which was to correct the above report no. 40/2020), the content of which erroneously indicated number 42/2020 (instead of 41/2020) as the correct marking of the corrected report referred to in point 1) above, Consequently, the Company again submits a correctly corrected current report, i.e. in the version marked with the number 41/2020. Legal basis: § 15(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a non-member state may be recognised as equivalent.
