| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (“Issuer” or “Company”) in relation to the following current reports: (i) No. 90/2018 on issue of ICO-series, X-series, Z-series and SHB-series bonds, redemption of T-series and Y-series bonds as well as change of the terms & conditions of the issue of W-series bonds change of the terms and conditions of issue of W, X, Z and SHB series bonds; and (ii) No. 33/2020 on change of the terms and conditions of issue of W, X, Z and SHB series bonds, informs that today the Company has acquired all the SHB series bonds (“Bonds”) and paid the interest due on account of the Bonds. Thus, the Company has settled all liabilities resulting from the Bonds, which were redeemed as a result of their acquisition by the Company. As a result of the analysis carried out, the Issuer assumed that qualification of the above-mentioned information as confidential within understanding of Art. 17 sec. 1 MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report, is justified.
