| Zarząd ENEA S.A. (Emitent) informuje, iż w dniu 16 grudnia 2011 r. powziął informację o zatwierdzeniu przez Prezesa Urzędu Regulacji Energetyki (Prezes URE) Taryfy dla energii elektrycznej dla zespołu grup taryfowych G na 2012 rok. Zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami nowa taryfa może wejść w życie, nie wcześniej niż 14 dni po jej publikacji w biuletynie branżowym Prezesa URE. Decyzje w sprawie zatwierdzenia nowych taryf publikowane są w biuletynie branżowym Prezesa URE zamieszczanym na stronie internetowej Urzędu Regulacji Energetyki: www.ure.gov.pl. | ||||||||||||

Subject: Approval by the President of the ERA of the tariffs for electricity for the G tariff group set for ENEA S.A. for 2012. Legal basis: Article 56 item 1(1) of the Act on Offerings – confidential information Content of report: The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (the Issuer) reports that on 16 December 2011 it received information on approval by the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority (President of the ERA) of the tariff for electricity for the G tariff group set for 2012. Pursuant to the provisions being in force, the new tariff may enter into force not earlier than 14 days after its publication in the branch bulletin of the President of the ERA. Decisions concerning the approval of new tariffs are published in the branch bulletin of the President of the ERA made available on the website of the ERA at www.ure.gov.pl | |||
