| Zarząd CD PROJEKT S.A. (dalej jako „Spółka”) w nawiązaniu do informacji przekazanej w raporcie bieżącym nr 18/2022 z dnia 30 maja 2022 roku, informuje że w dniu 28 czerwca 2022 roku Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Spółki podjęło uchwałę o wypłacie dywidendy w wysokości 100 738 800 zł (słownie: sto milionów siedemset trzydzieści osiem tysięcy osiemset złotych 00/100) tj. w kwocie 1 zł (słownie: jeden złoty) na jedną akcję Spółki. Dzień dywidendy został ustalony na dzień 5 lipca 2022 roku a dywidenda zostanie wypłacona w dniu 12 lipca 2022 roku. Do dywidendy uprawnionych jest 100 738 800 akcji Spółki. | ||||||||||||

Current report no. 27/2022 Subject: Information about the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting concerning the dividend payment Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offerings Act current and periodic information The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. (hereafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby announces further to the information published in current report no. 18/2022 of 30 May 2022 that the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting on 28 June 2022 passed a resolution concerning the payment of dividend at PLN 100 738 800 (one hundred million seven hundred thirty-eight thousand eight hundred PLN 00/100 ), i.e., PLN 1.00 (in words: one zloty 00/100) per Company share. The dividend record date is 5 July 2022 and the dividend will be paid on 12 July 2022. There are 100,738,800 Company shares which confer the right to the dividend. The notification, together with its corresponding translation into Polish, is appended to this report.
