| Zarząd CD PROJEKT S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka"), zgodnie z § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim ("Rozporządzenie"), podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2024 roku: Raport okresowy za rok 2023: - Jednostkowy oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2023 - 28 marca 2024 r. Raporty okresowe za rok 2024: - Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2024 - 28 maja 2024 r. - Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2024 - 28 sierpnia 2024 r. - Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2024 - 26 listopada 2024 r. Jednocześnie Zarząd Spółki informuje, iż zgodnie z § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Spółka nie będzie publikować raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2023 roku oraz za II kwartał 2024 roku. Ponadto, zgodnie z § 62 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia, Spółka informuje, iż w raportach skonsolidowanych kwartalnych i półrocznym zawarte będą odpowiednio kwartalne i półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdania finansowe. Tym samym Spółka nie będzie przekazywać odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych oraz odrębnego jednostkowego raportu półrocznego. | ||||||||||||

Current report no. 1/2024 Subject: Publication dates of periodic reports in 2024 Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("the Company"), pursuant to § 80 section 1 of the Finance Minister's regulation of 29 March 2018 regarding publication of current and periodic reports by issuers of securities and conditions under which reports legally required by non-member states are considered equivalent to same (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation") hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2024: Periodic reports for 2023: - Separate and consolidated annual reports for 2023 - 28 March 2024 Periodic reports for 2024: - Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2024 - 28 May 2024 - Consolidated semiannual report for H1 2024 - 28 August 2024 - Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2024 - 26 November 2024 The Management Board of the Company also announces that, pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish quarterly reports for Q4 2023 and Q2 2024. Furthermore, the Company announces that in accordance with § 62 sections 1 and 3 of the aforementioned Regulation, the consolidated quarterly and semiannual reports will include abridged versions of quarterly and semiannual separate financial reports respectively. Accordingly, the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports or a separate semiannual report.
