| Zarząd CD PROJEKT S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) przekazuje poniżej informacje o szacunkowych wynikach Grupy Kapitałowej Spółki za rok obrotowy 2020, w zakresie: - skonsolidowanych przychodów ze sprzedaży, wynoszących 2.139 mln zł - skonsolidowanego zysku netto, wynoszącego 1.154 mln zł wskazując jednocześnie, że wyniki te obejmują dane niezaudytowane, i mogą różnić się od ostatecznych, poddanych badaniu audytora wyników, jakie zostaną opublikowane przez Spółkę w formie skonsolidowanego raportu rocznego, co nastąpi w dniu 22 kwietnia 2021 roku. | ||||||||||||

Current report no. 19/2021 Subject: Estimated earnings of the CD PROJEKT Group in 2020 Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 of MAR – inside information
The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby discloses information regarding the estimated earnings of the Company’s Group in the 2020 financial year, as follows: - consolidated sales revenues: 2 139 million PLN - consolidated net profit: 1 154 million PLN The Management Board wishes to note that these results are based on data which has not been subjected to a formal audit, and therefore may differ from the final, audited results, which will be published by the Company in its consolidated annual earnings report on 22 April 2021.
