| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 45/2021 z 16 grudnia 2021 roku, aktualizując informację o dacie złożenia zawartego dokumentu ugody do Sądu Okręgowego Stanów Zjednoczonych dla okręgu Centralnej Kalifornii (“Sąd”), Zarząd spółki CD PROJEKT S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 11 stycznia 2022 roku otrzymał od kancelarii reprezentującej Spółkę, informację o otrzymaniu decyzji Sądu o przedłużeniu terminu złożenia zawartego dokumentu ugody do dnia 27 stycznia 2022 roku. Zgodnie z informacjami uzyskanymi od kancelarii reprezentującej Spółkę, przedłużenie terminu złożenia dokumentu wynika z konieczności technicznego uzgodnienia dokumentu ugody, w tym przede wszystkim załączników, przygotowywanych przez kancelarię reprezentującą powodów, a następnie weryfikowanych przez kancelarię reprezentującą Spółkę. | ||||||||||||

Current Report no. 2/2022 Subject: Update concerning class action lawsuit filed in the USA Legal basis: Art. 17 of MAR – Inside information In relation to Current Report no. 45/2021 of 16 December 2021, in order to provide an update regarding the deadline for submitting the formal settlement agreement to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California (hereinafter referred to as “the Court”), the Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) announces that on 11 January 2022 it was notified by the law office representing the Company that the Court had extended the deadline for submission of the formal settlement agreement until 27 January 2022.
According to information received from the law office representing the
Company, the deadline extension is due to the need for technical work on
the settlement agreement, including in particular its annexes, which are
prepared by the law firm representing the plaintiffs and subsequently
