| W nawiązaniu do informacji przekazanej raportem bieżącym nr 5/2020 z dnia 18 czerwca 2020 roku, Zarząd spółki CD PROJEKT S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie, przy ul. Jagiellońskiej 74 (dalej: Spółka), niniejszym informuje, o zakończonym procesie certyfikacji gry „Cyberpunk 2077” na platformach Microsoft Xbox oraz Sony Playstation, a tym samym otrzymaniu przez najnowszą grę Spółki statusu “gold” i rozpoczęciu fizycznej produkcji płyt z grą na wspomniane platformy. W związku z wyznaczoną na dzień 19 listopada 2020 r. datą premiery gry “Cyberpunk 2077” i istotnością tego projektu dla Spółki, powyższa informacja przekazana zostaje w formie raportu bieżącego. | ||||||||||||

Current report No. 51/2020 Subject: Finalisation of certification process and commencement of physical manufacturing of Cyberpunk 2077 discs for Microsoft Xbox and Sony Playstation platforms Legal basis: Art. 17 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) - Inside information In relation to the information disclosed in Current Report no. 5/2020 of 18 July 2020, the Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw, Jagiellońska 74 (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby announces that the certification process for Cyberpunk 2077 for the Microsoft Xbox and Sony Playstation platforms has been completed successfully. The game has “gone gold”, and physical duplication of discs has commenced for the above-mentioned platforms. Given the scheduled release of Cyberpunk 2077 on 19 November 2020 and the relevance of this project for the Company, the above information is communicated in the form of a current report.
