(the Company) informs that Albacon Ventures Limited, one of the two majority shareholders of the Company wholly owned by Mr. Viktor Ivanchyk, Chief executive officer of ASTARTA Holding N.V., acquired on 10 April 2015 200,000 shares, each share representing one vote, in the Company, bringing the total shareholding of Albacon Ventures Limited from 9,250,000 shares prior to the acquisition, to 9,450,000 shares following the transaction, such shareholding, post transaction, being equivalent to 37.80% of total shares outstanding. | ||||||||||||
