(the Company) informs that on the 2nd of October 2020 Mr. Viktor Ivanchyk, Chief executive officer, acquired through Albacon Ventures Limited, in total 7,458 shares of the Company at an average price of 17 PLN per share, bringing the total shareholding of Albacon Ventures Limited from to 9,885,940 shares prior to the acquisition, to 9,893,398 shares following the transaction, such shareholding, post transaction, being equivalent to 39.57% of total shares outstanding. | ||||||||||||
