(the Company) informs that on the 30th of September 2020 Mr. Viktor Ivanchyk, Chief executive officer, acquired through Albacon Ventures Limited, in total 100,000 shares of the Company at an average price of 17 PLN per share, bringing the total shareholding of Albacon Ventures Limited from 9,785,940 shares prior to the acquisition, to 9,885,940 shares following the transaction, such shareholding, post transaction, being equivalent to 39.54% of total shares outstanding. | ||||||||||||
