| Asbisc Enterprises Plc (“Spółka") działając na podstawie art. 160 ust. 4 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o obrocie instrumentami finansowymi niniejszym informuje, iż dnia 3 września 2008 roku została poinformowana przez dwóch Dyrektorów Niewykonawczych, członków Rady Dyrektorów o nabyciu w dniu 28 sierpnia 2008 roku akcji spółki. Dyrektor Niewykonawczy Paul Swigart nabył w dniu 28 sierpnia 2008 roku 15 171 (słownie: piętnaście tysięcy sto siedemdziesiąt jeden) akcji po cenie 7 zł za akcję (łączna cena nabytych akcji wyniosła 106197 złotych). Akcje, o których mowa w zdaniu poprzedzającym, zostały nabyte poprzez transakcję poza rynkiem regulowanym i nie są wprowadzone do obrotu na GPW. Przed transakcją Paul Swigart nie posiadał akcji Emitenta. W wyniku transakcji Paul Swigart jest posiadaczem 15 171 (słownie: piętnaście tysięcy sto siedemdziesiąt jeden) akcji, co stanowi 0,03% udziału w kapitale akcyjnym i uprawnia do 0,03% głosów na WZA Emitenta. Dyrektor Niewykonawczy John Hirst nabył w dniu 28 sierpnia 2008 roku 9 031 (słownie: dziewięć tysięcy trzydzieści jeden) akcji po cenie 7 zł za akcję (łączna cena nabytych akcji wyniosła 63217 złotych). Akcje, o których mowa w zdaniu poprzedzającym, zostały nabyte poprzez transakcję poza rynkiem regulowanym i nie są wprowadzone do obrotu na GPW. Przed transakcją John Hirst posiadał 75600 akcji Emitenta, co stanowiło 0,14% udziału w kapitale akcyjnym i uprawniało do 0,14% głosów na WZA Emitenta. | Asbisc Enterprises Plc (the “Company”) acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 3rd of September 2008 it has been notified by two of its Non-Executive Directors, members of the Board of Directors of the acquisition on 28th September 2008 of company shares.Non-executive Director Paul Swigart bought on August 28th 2008: 15 171 (fifteen thousand one hundred seventy one) shares at the price of PLN 7.00 per share (the total price for all the acquired shares was PLN 106197). The shares mentioned in the preceding sentence were acquired outside of the regulated market and are not listed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Before the transaction Paul Swigart had zero shares of the Company. As a result of transaction Paul Swigart owns 15 171 (fifteen thousand one hundred seventy one) shares, which is 0,03% of shares capital and gives right to 0,03% of votes on company General Shareholders Meeting.Non-executive Director John Hirst bought on August 28th 2008: 9 031 (nine thousand thirty one) shares at the price of PLN 7.00 per share (the total price for all the acquired shares was PLN 63217).
