(„Spółka”, „Emitent”) w związku z powzięciem w dniu dzisiejszym informacji o wartości wstępnych wybranych danych finansowych podaje do publicznej wiadomości wybrane wstępne wyniki finansowe Grupy Kapitałowej Arctic Paper S.A.(„Grupa”) oraz Emitenta, za IV kwartał 2020 roku oraz 2020 rok: Wyniki finansowe za IV kwartał 2020 roku: Grupa Kapitałowa Arctic Paper S.A.: - Skonsolidowane szacunkowe przychody ze sprzedaży wyniósł 714,7 mln zł, - Skonsolidowana szacunkowa strata netto wyniosła -14,8 mln zł Arctic Paper S.A. - Jednostkowe szacunkowe przychody ze sprzedaży wyniósł 7,4 mln zł - Jednostkowa szacunkowa strata netto wyniosła -1,0 mln zł Wyniki finansowe za 2020 rok: Grupa Kapitałowa Arctic Paper S.A. - Skonsolidowane szacunkowe przychody ze sprzedaży wyniósł 2.847,5 mln zł, - Skonsolidowany szacunkowy zysk netto wyniósł 103,6 mln zł Arctic Paper S.A. - Jednostkowe szacunkowe przychody ze sprzedaży wyniósł 39,5 mln zł, - Jednostkowy szacunkowy zysk netto wyniósł 3,4 mln zł. Szczegółowe wybrane wstępne skonsolidowane wyniki Grupy Kapitałowej Arctic Paper S.A. przedstawione zostały w załączniku do niniejszego raportu. Powyższe wyniki finansowe stanowią szacunki uzyskane w trakcie przygotowywania sprawozdań finansowych za rok 2020. Ostateczne wyniki jednostkowe i skonsolidowane zostaną opublikowane w raporcie rocznym i mogą, w ograniczonym stopniu, odbiegać od powyżej przedstawionych wielkości. Publikacja jednostkowego raportu rocznego Spółki za rok 2020, jak i skonsolidowanego raportu rocznego Grupy Kapitałowej Arctic Paper S.A. za 2020 rok wraz z opiniami biegłego rewidenta, nastąpi w dniu 16 marca 2021 roku. Zarząd Spółki biorąc pod uwagę wstępne wyniki finansowe Spółki i Grupy Kapitałowej Arctic Paper S.A. za 2020 rok, w dniu dzisiejszym podjął decyzję, że będzie rekomendował Zwyczajnemu Walnemu Zgromadzeniu Spółki wypłatę dywidendy z zysku netto Emitenta za 2020 rok w wysokości 30 groszy brutto na akcję. Ostateczną rekomendację dotyczącą podziału zysku netto za 2020 rok Zarząd przedstawi Zwyczajnemu Walnemu Zgromadzeniu po publikacji raportu rocznego Spółki za rok 2020 rok, co nastąpi w dniu 16 marca 2021 roku. Rekomendacja Zarządu wcześniej zostanie poddana ocenie Rady Nadzorczej Spółki. Subject: Preliminary financial results of Arctic Paper S.A. and Arctic Paper Group for the Q4 of 2020 and 2020 and recommendation on dividend payment General legal basis: Art. 17 sec. 1 of MAR – Inside information Content: Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A.(“Company”, “Issuer”) in reference with obtaining today an information about the value of preliminary selected financial data, herewith announces selected preliminary financial results of the Arctic Paper S.A. Group (the "Group") and the Issuer for the Q4 of 2020 and annual 2020: Financial Results of Q4 2020: Arctic Paper S.A. Group: - Consolidated estimated sales revenues 714.7 mln PLN, - Consolidated estimated net loss -14.8 mln PLN, Arctic Paper S.A. - Standalone estimated sales revenues 7.4 mln PLN,
- Standalone estimated net loss -1.0 mln PLN, Financial Results of 2020: Arctic Paper S.A. Group: - Consolidated estimated sales revenues 2,847.5 mln PLN, - Consolidated estimated net profit 103.6 mln PLN, Arctic Paper S.A. - Standalone estimated sales revenues 39.5 mln PLN, - Standalone estimated net profit 3.4 mln PLN. Detailed selected preliminary consolidated results of the Arctic Paper S.A. Group are presented in the attachment to this report. The above financial results are estimates obtained during the preparation of the financial statements for 2020. The final standalone and consolidated results will be published in the annual report and may, to a limited extent, differ from the amounts presented above. Publication of the Company’s standalone annual report of 2020 and consolidated annual report of the Arctic Paper S.A. Group of 2020, together with the auditor's opinions, will take place on March 16th, 2021. Taking into account the preliminary financial results of the Company and the Arctic Paper S.A. Group of 2020, the Management Board of the Company decided to recommend to the Annual General Meeting of the Company the payment of dividend from the Company's net profit of 2020 in the amount of PLN 0.30 gross per share. The final recommendation regarding the distribution of the net profit of 2020 will be presented by the Management Board to the Annual General Meeting after the publication of the Company's annual report of 2020, which will take place on March 16th, 2021. The Management Board’s recommendation will be a subject of the opinion of the Company’s Supervisory Board. Specific legal basis: Art. 17 sec. 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC. | |||
