| Zarząd Arctic Paper S.A. ("Spółka", "Emitent") informuje, iż powziął informację o zawarciu przez spółkę zależną Arctic Paper Kostrzyn S.A. w dniu 14 grudnia 2021 roku umowy z firmą MAZEL S.A. na wykonanie kompleksowej dokumentacji oraz uzyskanie stosowych pozwoleń i zezwoleń niezbędnych do rozpoczęcia budowy instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy ok. 17 MW. Jest to pierwszy etap przygotowania do realizacji istotnej inwestycji przez spółkę zależną Arctic Paper Kostrzyn S.A. Termin rozpoczęcia budowy instalacji planowany jest na jesień 2022 roku, a zakończenie na połowę 2023. Farma fotowoltaiczna będzie przyłączona do sieci dystrybucyjnej Arctic Paper Kostrzyn S.A., która posiada koncesję na dystrybucję energii elektrycznej. Budowa instalacji fotowoltaicznej stanowi jeden z projektów realizowanych w ramach strategii czterech filarów „4P”, tj. filaru Energia „Strategii Grupy Arctic Paper na lata 2022 – 2030”, o przyjęciu której Spółka informowała raportem bieżącym nr 28/2021 z dnia 4 października 2021 roku. Filar Energia dotyczy inwestycji w energię w celu osiągnięcia wyższej rentowności i dywersyfikacji biznesowej Grupy Arctic Paper. Podstawa prawna przekazania raportu: Art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (rozporządzenie w sprawie nadużyć na rynku) oraz uchylającego dyrektywę 2003/6/WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady i dyrektywy Komisji 2003/124/WE, 2003/125/WE i 2004/72/WE. | ||||||||||||

Current report number 31/2021 Date: December 15th 2021 Subject: Conclusion of an agreement by a subsidiary - implementation of the strategic assumptions of the Arctic Paper Group General legal basis: Art. 17 sec. 1 of MAR – inside information Content: The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") hereby informs that today has received an information that on December 14th, 2021, a subsidiary company Arctic Paper Kostrzyn S.A. has concluded contracts with MAZEL S.A. for the preparation of comprehensive documentation and obtaining the relevant and necessary permits to start the construction of a solar power plant with a capacity of approx. 17 MW. This is the first stage of preparation for the implementation of a significant investment by the subsidiary Arctic Paper Kostrzyn S.A. The start-up of the construction of solar power plant is planned for September 2022. The solar power farm will be connected to the distribution network of Arctic Paper Kostrzyn S.A., which has a license to distribute electricity. The construction of the solar power installation is one of the projects implemented under the strategy of the four pillars "4P", i.e. the Power pillar of the "Strategy of the Arctic Paper Group for 2022 - 2030", the adoption of which was announced by the Company in the current report no. 28/2021 dated October 4th, 2021. The Power Pillar concerns investments in energy in order to achieve higher profitability and business diversification of the Arctic Paper Group.
