| Zarząd AmRest Holdings SE („AmRest”, „Spółka”) informuje o otrzymaniu w dniu 29 września 2016 roku informacji od akcjonariusza Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny („Nationale-Nederlanden”) powiadomienia, że w odpowiedzi na wezwanie do sprzedaży akcji AmRest ogłoszone przez FCapital Dutch B.V., Nationale-Nederlanden zbył akcje Spółki i tym samym zmniejszył stan posiadania akcji AmRest poniżej 10% głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu akcjonariuszy Spółki. Rozliczenie transakcji zbycia nastąpiło 23 września 2016 roku. Przed zawarciem transakcji, tj. na dzień 22 września 2016 roku Nationale-Nederlanden posiadał 2 284 893 (dwa miliony dwieście osiemdziesiąt cztery tysiące osiemset dziewięćdziesiąt trzy) akcje Spółki, co stanowiło 10,77% kapitału zakładowego Spółki i uprawniało do 2 284 893 (dwa miliony dwieście osiemdziesiąt cztery tysiące osiemset dziewięćdziesiąt trzy) głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu akcjonariuszy Spółki, stanowiących 10,77% ogólnej liczby głosów. Po rozliczeniu transakcji zbycia akcji Spółki, tj. na dzień 23 września 2016 roku, na rachunku papierów wartościowych Nationale-Nederlanden znajdowały się 2 034 893 (dwa miliony trzydzieści cztery tysiące osiemset dziewięćdziesiąt trzy) akcje Spółki, co stanowiło 9,59% kapitału zakładowego Spółki i uprawniało do 2 034 893 (dwa miliony trzydzieści cztery tysiące osiemset dziewięćdziesiąt trzy) głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu akcjonariuszy Spółki, stanowiących 9,59% ogólnej liczby głosów. | ||||||||||||

| RB 135/2016 Disclosure of Shareholding – Nationale-Nederlanden OFE;The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on September 29th, 2016 a notification from Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny („Nationale-Nederlanden”), that as a result of the response to the call to subscribe for sale of AmRest shares announced by FCapital Dutch B.V., Nationale-Nederlanden sold shares of the Company and thereby reduced its shareholding in AmRest to less than 10% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
