| Zarząd AmRest Holdings SE („AmRest”, „Spółka”) informuje o otrzymaniu w dniu 27 września 2016 roku informacji od akcjonariusza Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva BZ WBK („Aviva OFE”), iż w związku z odpowiedzią na wezwanie ogłoszone przez FCapital Dutch B.V. do zapisywania się na sprzedaż akcji AmRest oraz rozliczeniem się w dniu 23 września 2016 roku transakcji zbycia akcji Spółki, Aviva OFE zmniejszył udział w ogólnej liczbie głosów w Spółce poniżej 5%. Przed zawarciem transakcji (na dzień 22 września 2016 roku) Aviva OFE posiadał 1 811 370 akcji AmRest, stanowiących 8,54% kapitału zakładowego Spółki i uprawniających do 1 811 370 głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki, co stanowiło 8,54% ogólnej liczby głosów. Po udzieleniu odpowiedzi na Wezwanie i sprzedaży akcji AmRest (na dzień 23 września 2016 roku) Aviva OFE posiadał 811 370 sztuk akcji Spółki, stanowiących 3,82% kapitału zakładowego Spółki i uprawniających do 811 370 głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki, co stanowiło 3,82% ogólnej liczby głosów. | ||||||||||||

| RB 131/2016 Disclosure of Shareholding – Aviva OFE;The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on September 27th, 2016 a notification from Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva BZ WBK („Aviva OFE”), that as a result of the response to the call to subscribe for sale of AmRest shares announced by FCapital Dutch B.V. and the settlement on September 23rd 2016 the sale of shares of the Company, Aviva OFE reduced its share in the total number of votes in the Company to below 5%.;Prior to the transaction (as of September 22nd, 2016) Aviva OFE held 1 811 370 AmRest shares, which constituted 8.54% of the Company’s share capital and entitled to 1 811 370 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, i.e. 8.54% of the total number of votes.;After the sale transactions (as of September 23rd, 2016) Aviva OFE held 811 370 shares of the Company, representing 3.82% of share capital and entitling to 811 370 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which constituted 3.82 % of total number of votes.;Legal act: Art. 70 Point 1 of Act on public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading and public companies dated July 29th 2005 | |||
