| Rada Dyrektorów Allegro.eu ("Spółka") informuje, że otrzymała Uchwałę Zarządu Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych S.A. ("GPW") nr 766/2020 z dnia 9 października 2020 roku, w której Zarząd GPW postanowił: 1) wprowadzić z dniem 12 października 2020 r. do obrotu giełdowego na rynku podstawowym 1.023.255.814 (jeden miliard dwadzieścia trzy miliony dwieście pięćdziesiąt pięć tysięcy osiemset czternaście) akcji zwykłych Spółki o wartości nominalnej 0,01 PLN każda oznaczonych przez Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. kodem "LU2237380790"; oraz 2) notować akcje Spółki w systemie notowań ciągłych pod nazwą skróconą "ALLEGRO" i oznaczeniem "ALE". Title: Introduction of Allegro.eu shares to stock exchange trading on the Main Floor of the Warsaw Stock Exchange The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby reports that it received Resolution No. 766/2020 adopted by the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. ("WSE”) on 9 October 2020 in which the WSE Management Board resolved: 1) to introduce 1,023,255,814 (one billion twenty-three million two hundred fifty-five thousand eight hundred fourteen) ordinary shares in the Company with the nominal value of PLN 0.01 each labelled by National Securities Depository (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) with the code "LU2237380790" for stock exchange trading on the main floor as of 12 October 2020; and 2) to quote the Company’s shares in the continuous quotation system under the abbreviated name of "ALLEGRO" and under the designation of "ALE".
