Zarząd Alior Banku S.A. („Bank”) informuje, iż w dniu 27 kwietnia 2020 r. agencja ratingowa Standard and Poor’s Global Ratings („S&P”, „Agencja”) poinformowała Bank o potwierdzeniu długoterminowych i krótkoterminowych ocen ratingowych Banku na dotychczasowym poziomie oraz o zmianie perspektywy ratingowej Banku ze „stabilnej” na „negatywną”.
Zgodnie z uzasadnieniem przedstawionym przez S&P, decyzja o zmianie perspektywy ratingowej Banku spowodowana jest sytuacją ekonomiczną związaną z koronawirusem i jego potencjalnymi skutkami dla sektora, gospodarki oraz klientów Alior Banku.
Rating Banku na dzień publikacji tego raportu przedstawia się następująco:
1.Rating długoterminowy emitenta („Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating”) na poziomie ‘BB’
z perspektywą negatywną,
2.Rating krótkoterminowy emitenta („Short-Term Issuer Credit Rating”) na poziomie ‘B’.

MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)

Affirmation of ratings and revision of outlook of Alior Bank S.A. by rating agency Standard & Poor’s Global Ratings

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that on April 27th, 2020, rating agency Standard & Poor’s Global Ratings ("S&P", "Agency") informed the Bank that it has affirmed the long-term and short-term ratings of the Bank at the current level and revised the outlook for the Bank from "Stable" to "Negative".
In accordance with the justification provided by S&P, the decision to change the Bank's rating outlook is due to the economic situation related to the coronavirus and its potential effects on the sector, economy and clients of Alior Bank.
Issuer Credit Rating as at the date of publication this report is as follows:
1.Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating at ‘BB’ level with negative outlook;
2.Short-Term Issuer Credit Rating at ‘B’ level.
