| Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: "Spółka", "Emitent") niniejszym przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe spółek zależnych Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. oraz Aforti Factor S.A za lipiec 2019 roku. 1) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Finance S.A. za lipiec 2019: W lipcu 2019 r. Aforti Finance S.A. udzieliła 13 pożyczek (spadek o 66,67% rok-do-roku) o łącznej wartości 2 173,13 tys. PLN, co w odniesieniu do tego samego miesiąca 2018 r. stanowi obniżkę o 35,73 procent. Wartość złożonych wniosków wyniosła 20 476,53 tys. PLN, jest to wynik niższy o 59,08% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku. W lipcu 2019 zostały złożone 124 wnioski o pożyczkę, co w odniesieniu do tego samego miesiąca 2018 r. jest oznacza zmniejszenie o 67,11%. Narastająco, po siedmiu miesiącach br. Aforti Finance S.A. udzielił 109 pożyczek (mniej o 68,59% rok-do-roku) o łącznej wartości 16 080,34 tys. PLN i wynik ten stanowi spadek o 55,40% wobec 2018 roku. Od stycznia do końca lipca br. złożonych zostało 952 wniosków o udzielenie pożyczki na łączną kwotę 147 722,84 tys. PLN. Liczba złożonych wniosków została obniżona o 59,44%, zaś ich łączna wartość o 49,77% w odniesieniu do tożsamego okresu w roku poprzednim. 2) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A. za lipiec 2019: W lipcu 2019 r. spółka Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A. – podmiot działający na terenie Rumunii – udzieliła jedną pożyczkę dla przedsiębiorców. Łączna ich wartość wyniosła 102,80 tys. RON . Ponadto, rumuńscy przedsiębiorcy złożyli w minionym miesiącu 16 wniosków na łączną kwotę 3 378,65 tys. RON. Jednocześnie, po siedmiu miesiącach br. Spółka przyjęła 30 wniosków pożyczkowych o całkowitej wartości 6 114,66 tys. RON. Udzielono w tym okresie 5 pożyczek o łącznej wartości 579,55 tys. RON. W dniu 31.10.2018 r. Spółka uzyskała licencję niebankowej instytucji finansowej (IFN) pozwalającą na rozpoczęcie działalności operacyjnej. 3) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange S.A. za lipiec 2019: Wartość obrotu na platformie wymiany walut w lipcu 2019 r. wyniosła 36 871,05 tys. EUR i była wyższa o 93,71% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku. Jednocześnie, po siedmiu miesiącach 2019 roku wartość obrotu osiągnęła poziom 250 611,22 tys. EUR, notując wzrost o 91,09% rok-do-roku. 4) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. za lipiec 2019: Wartość obrotu na platformie wymiany walut w Rumunii w lipcu 2019 r. wyniosła 17 832,17 tys. EUR, co stanowi wzrost o 251,69% w odniesieniu do lipca 2018 roku. W okresie siedmiu miesięcy 2019 r. Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. zanotowała 80 521,30 tys. EUR łącznej wartości obrotu, co w porównaniu do roku poprzedniego stanowi wzrost o 224,72%. 5) Szacunkowe łączne dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange za lipiec 2019: Łączna wartość obrotu na platformach wymiany walut Aforti Exchange prowadzonych w Polsce oraz w Rumunii wyniosła w lipcu 2019 r. 54 703,23 tys. euro, co w porównaniu do tego samego okresu w roku poprzednim oznacza wzrost o 126,94%. Jednocześnie narastająco po siedmiu miesiącach br. łączna wartość obrotu osiągnęła poziom 331 942,54 tys. euro i wzrosła ona rok-do-roku o 112,34%. 6) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Collections S.A. za lipiec 2019: Wartość nominalna zleceń windykacyjnych w lipcu 2019 r. wyniosła 31 595,00 tys. PLN. Stanowi to wzrost o 6820,88% rok-do-roku. Liczba zleceń windykacyjnych wyniosła 8 866 i była wyższa o 110725,00% w porównaniu do lipca 2018 r. Spółka we wskazanym miesiącu zawarła siedem umów, czyli o 75,00% więcej niż w roku poprzednim. W ujęciu narastającym, na koniec lipca 2019 r. wartość nominalna zleceń windykacyjnych była równa 272 123,11 tys. zł, co stanowi wzrost o 2587,01% rok-do-roku. Liczba zleceń również wzrosła o 3674,02% do 51 138. Jednocześnie liczba zawartych umów windykacyjnych w okresie od stycznia do końca lipca br. wyniosła 42 i była niższa o 8,70% niż przed rokiem. 7) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Factor S.A. za lipiec 2019: W lipcu 2019 r. wartość sfinansowanych wierzytelności przez Aforti Factor S.A. wyniosła 4 020,65 tys. PLN i była wyższa o 88,73% niż przed rokiem. Narastająco po siedmiu miesiącach 2019 r. wartość ta osiągnęła poziom 24 907,18 tys. zł, co oznacza wzrost o 128,72% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu w roku poprzednim. The estimated operational and sales data of subsidiaries Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. and Aforti Factor S.A. – July 2019 The board of Aforti Holding S.A. ("the Company", "the Issuer") headquartered in Warsaw hereby announces to the public the estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. and Aforti Factor S.A. the Issuer’s subsidiaries for July 2019 1) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A. for July 2019: In July 2019 Aforti Finance S.A. granted 13 loans (decrease by 66.67%) with a total value of PLN 2 173,13 thousand, which is a decrease of 35.73% compared to the same month of 2018. The value of submitted applications amounted to PLN 20 476,53 thousand and that is a result lower by 59.08% compared to the same period of the previous year. In July 2019, there were filed 124 loan applications, what in relation to the same month of 2018 is a reduction of 67.11%. Cumulatively, after seven months of 2019, Aforti Finance SA granted 109 loans (68.59% less YoY) with total value PLN 16 080,34 thousand and it is a decrease by 55.40% compared to 2018. In the period from January to the end of July 2019, there were filed 952 loan applications with total value PLN 147 722,84 thousand. The number of submitted applications was reduced by 59.44%, and their total value by 49.77% in relation to the same period in the previous year. 2) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A. for July 2019: In July 2019, Aforti Finance Romania IFN S.A. - an entity operating in Romania - has granted one loan to entrepreneurs. Its total value amounted to RON 102,80 thousand. In addition, Romanian entrepreneurs submitted 16 applications last month for a total amount of RON 3 378,65 thousand. At the same time, after seven months of this year the Company accepted 30 loan applications with a total value of RON 6 114,66 thousand. In this time were granted 5 loans with total value of RON 579,55 thousand. On 31/10/2018, the Company obtained a license of a non-banking financial institution (IFN) allowing it to start operating activities. 3) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Exchange S.A. for July 2019: The currency exchange platform's turnover in July 2019 reached EUR 36 871,05 thousand and was higher by 93.71% compared to the same period of the previous year. At the same time, after seven months of the 2019, the turnover reached the level of EUR 250 611,22 thousand, an increase of 91.09% year-on-year. 4) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. for July 2019 : The value of trading on the currency exchange platform in Romania in July 2019 amounted to EUR 17 832,17 thousand which is an increase of 251.69% in relation to July 2018. In the period from January to the end of July 2019, Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. recorded EUR 80 521,30 thousand of the total turnover value, which in comparison to the previous year is an increase of 224.72%. 5) The total estimated operational and sales data of Aforti Exchange for July 2019: The total value of trading on the currency exchange platforms of Aforti Exchange operated in Poland and in Romania in July 2019 amounted to EUR 54 703,23 thousand, which in comparison to the same period in the previous year means an increase of 126.94%. At the same time, cumulatively after seven months of 2019 the total value of turnover reached the level of EUR 331 942,54 thousand and it increased year-on-year by 112.34% 6) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Collections S.A. for July 2019: Nominal value of debt collection commissions on July 2019 reached PLN 31 595,00 thousand. This is an increase by 6820.88% YoY. The number of recovery orders amounted to 8 866 and was higher by 110725.00% compared to July 2018. The company concluded seven contracts in the indicated month (higher by 75.00%). Cumulatively, after seven months of 2019, the nominal value of the debt collection orders amounted to PLN 272 123,11 thousand, which is an increase by 2587,01% year-on-year. The number of orders also increased by 3674.02% to 51 138. At the same time, the number of debt recovery agreements concluded after the seven months of 2019, decreased by 8.70% to 42. 7) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Factor S.A. for July 2019: In July 2019 the value of receivables financed by Aforti Factor S.A. amounted to PLN 4 020,65 thousand and was higher 88.73% than in the previous year.
Further, after seven months current year, this value reached level of
PLN 24 907,18 thousand, recording an increase of 128.72% year-on-year.
