| Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: „Spółka”, „Emitent”) niniejszym przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe spółek zależnych Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. oraz Aforti Factor S.A za maj 2018 roku. 1) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Finance S.A. za maj 2018: W maju 2018 r. Aforti Finance S.A. udzielił 53 pożyczek (wzrost o 23,26% r/r) o łącznej wartości 6 682,59 tys. PLN, co w odniesieniu do tego samego miesiąca 2017 r. stanowi wzrost o 93,07 procent. Wartość złożonych wniosków wyniosła 47 774,31 tys. PLN, jest to wynik wyższy o 213,80% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku. W maju 2018 zostały złożone 323 wnioski o pożyczkę, co oznacza wzrost o 71,81% w odniesieniu do tego samego miesiąca 2017 roku. Narastająco, po pierwszych pięciu miesiącach 2018 roku Aforti Finance S.A. udzielił 273 pożyczek (o 60,59% więcej r-d-r) o łącznej wartości 29 202,79 tys. PLN i wynik ten stanowi wzrost o 181,23% wobec 2017 roku. Od stycznia do końca maja br. złożonych zostało 1570 wniosków o udzielenie pożyczki na łączną kwotę 195 279,82 tys. PLN. Liczba złożonych wniosków wzrosła o 98,23%, zaś ich łączna wartość o 300,43% w odniesieniu do tożsamego okresu w roku poprzednim. 2) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange S.A. za maj 2018: Wartość obrotu na platformie wymiany walut w maju 2018 r. wyniosła 25 638,07 tys. EUR i była wyższa o 272,84% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku. Jednocześnie, na koniec maja br. wartość obrotu osiągnęła poziom 90 483,41 tys. EUR, notując wzrost o 230,11% rok-do-roku. 3) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. za maj 2018: Wartość obrotu na platformie wymiany walut w Rumunii w maju 2018 r. wyniosła 5 573,42 tys. EUR. W okresie od stycznia do końca maja br. Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. zanotowała 15 727,53 tys. EUR łącznej wartości obrotu. W związku z tym, iż spółka została zarejestrowana w czerwcu 2017 r., brak jest danych porównawczych. 4) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Collections S.A. za maj 2018: Wartość nominalna zleceń windykacyjnych w maju 2018 r. wyniosła 816,45 tys. PLN.. Stanowi to spadek o 53,44% r/r. Liczba zleceń windykacyjnych wyniosła 80 i była niższa o 87,54% w porównaniu do maja 2017 r. Spółka we wskazanym miesiącu zawarła 9 umów, co stanowi spadek o 66,67% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu w roku poprzednim. W ujęciu narastającym, na koniec maja 2018 r. wartość nominalna zleceń windykacyjnych była równa 8 621,48 tys. zł, co stanowi spadek o 34,05% rok-do-roku. Liczba zleceń również obniżyła się o 92,44% z 13 487 do 1 019. Jednocześnie liczba zawartych umów windykacyjnych w okresie od stycznia do końca maja br. zmniejszyła się o 67,24% do 19. 5) Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Aforti Factor S.A. za maj 2018: W maju 2018 r. wartość sfinansowanych wierzytelności przez Aforti Factor S.A. wyniosła 1 792,28 tys. PLN. Jednocześnie narastająco, po pierwszych pięciu miesiącach br. wartość ta osiągnęła poziom 6 283,15 tys. złotych. Z uwagi na fakt, iż spółka zaczęła działalność operacyjną w styczniu 2018 roku, dane porównawcze nie są dostępne. The estimated operational and sales data of subsidiaries Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. and Aforti Factor S.A. – May 2018 The board of Aforti Holding S.A. (the Company”, “the Issuer") headquartered in Warsaw hereby announces to the public the estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A., Aforti Exchange S.A., Aforti Exchange Romania S.A., Aforti Collections S.A. and Aforti Factor S.A. the Issuer’s subsidiaries for May 2018 1) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Finance S.A. for May 2018: In May 2018 Aforti Finance S.A. granted 53 loans (increase by 23,26% YoY) with a total value of PLN 6 682,59 thousand, which is an increase of 93,07% compared to the same month of 2017. The value of submitted applications amounted to PLN 47 774,31 thousand and that is a result higher by 213,80% compared to the same period of the previous year. In May 2018, there were filed 323 loan applications, an increase of 71,81% compared to the same month of 2017. Cumulatively, after the first five months of 2018, Aforti Finance SA granted 273 loans (60,59% more YoY) with total value PLN 29 202,79 thousand and it is an increase by 181,23% compared to 2017. In the period from January to the end of May 2018, there were filed 1570 loan applications with total value PLN 195 279,82 thousand. The quantity of the loans rose up by 98,23% and their total value by 300,43% in relation to the same period in the previous year. 2) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Exchange S.A. for May 2018: The currency exchange platform's turnover in May 2018 reached 25 638,07 thousand EUR and was higher by 272,84% compared to the same period of the previous year. At the same time, after five months of the current year, the turnover reached the level of 90 483,41 thousand EUR, an increase of 230,11% year-on-year. 3) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. for May 2018 : The value of trading on the currency exchange platform in Romania in May 2018 amounted to 5 573,42 thousand EUR. At the end of May 2018, Aforti Exchange Romania S.A. recorded 15 727,53 thousand EUR of the total turnover value. In connection with the registration the Company on June 2017, the comparative data are not available. 4) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Collections S.A. for May 2018: Nominal value of debt collection commissions on May 2018 reached PLN 816,45 thousand. This is a decrease of 53,44% YoY. The number of recovery orders amounted to 80 and was lower by 87,54% compared to May 2017. The company concluded 9 contracts in the indicated month, which is a decrease by 66,67% compared to the same period in the previous year. Cumulatively, at the end of May 2018, the nominal value of the debt collection orders amounted to PLN 8 621,48 thousand, which is a decline of 34,05% year-on-year. The number of orders also decreased by 92,44% from 13 487 to 1 019. At the same time, the number of debt recovery agreements concluded in the first five months of this year, decreased by 67,24% to 19.
5) The estimated operational and sales results of Aforti Factor S.A. for
May 2018: The date comparative are not available because the Company had started its operating activities from January 2018.
