| Pursuant to Article 29.3 of the Rules of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna; presents information on Best Practice 2021 compliance<br><br>GENERAL MEETING, SHAREHOLDER RELATIONS<br><br>4.9.1. candidates for members of the supervisory board should be nominated with a notice necessary for shareholders present at the general meeting to make an informed decision and in any case no later than three days before the general meeting; the names of candidates and all related documents should be immediately published on the company’s website;<br>The principle was breached incidentally.<br><strong>Comments of the Company on incidental breach of the principle:</strong> <i>Due to the failure of the shareholder to disclose a candidate for a member of the PKO Bank Polski S.A. Supervisory Board by 14 October 2022, there was an incidental breach of rule 4.9.1. of the Best Practices for GPW Listed Companies 2021.</i><br><strong>There has been no incidental breaches of the principle in the last two years:</strong>  <i>Since the entry into force of the Best Practices for WSE Listed Companies 2021, i.e. since 1 July 2021, no incidental breaches of Rule 4.9.1. have occurred.</i><br><br><br> |
