| The Management Board of Photon Energy N.V. announces that it has successfully completed the acquisition of the remaining 40% equity interest from its local JV partner in its Slovak portfolio PV power plant in Prša with an installed capacity of 999 KWp, owned and operated by Fotonika s.r.o. The entity, which to date has been consolidated under the equity method, will from now on be fully consolidated. In 2015 Fotonika s.r.o. generated revenues of EUR 455,000 and EBITDA of EUR 408,000.<br /> Legal basis: § 5 ust. 1 point no.2 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - "Current and Periodic Information in the Alternative Trading System". |
