| The Board of Directors of Cereal Planet PLC reports that the Company completed formation of the distribution network throughout Ukraine. The Company signed agreements with partners in all regions of Ukraine. To improve operation standards the Company has decided fully delegate to external partners regional representation instead of own branch network. Local strong distributors, with advanced logistics and warehousing capacity throughout Poltava and Sumy region, have been selected. Transfer will be made in Poltava first and then in Sumy. This transition gave the company an opportunity to increase working capital in order to increase stocks that currently lead to increased stability of production and margin increase. Legal basis: § 3 subparagraph 2 point 2 of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules \"Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market.\" |
