Mr. Grzegorz Kubica 2. Mr Paweł Szewczyk The following have been appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Company: 1. Mr. Serge Telle 2. Ms. Penelope Hope 3. Ms Silvia Andriotto 4. Ms Violetta Vrublevskaya 5. Ms Isabelle Peeters The new members of the Supervisory Board were appointed for a joint term of office, which will expire at the latest on the date of the General Meeting approving the financial statements for 2022. The composition of the Issuer's Supervisory Board is as follows: 1. Mr Łukasz Marczuk 2. Mr Damian Goryszewski 3. Ms Kinga Dębicka. 4. Mr. Serge Telle 5. Ms Penelope Hope 6. Ms Silvia Andriotto 7.
