| The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE, with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Company, the Issuer), informs that on December 23, 2022, an agreement for the audit of the Issuer's separate and consolidated financial statements for the years 2022 - 2023 was signed with the company UHY ECA Audyt Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp. k. with its registered seat in Warsaw, ul. Połczyńska 31A, 01-377 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000418856, holding NIP: 677-227-28-88, REGON: 12026679 (hereinafter UHY ECA Audyt).<br /> The signing of the above agreement is an execution of the Resolution of the Issuer's Supervisory Board on the selection of UHY ECA Audyt as the entity authorized to audit the separate and consolidated financial statements for the period from 01-01-2022 to 31-12-2022 and from 01-01-2023 to 31-12-2023, adopted pursuant to Paragraph 21.1.16 of the Company's Articles of Association.<br /> Legal basis: Paragraph 3(1)(11) of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System "Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market".<br /> |
