| The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer, the Company) informs that yesterday evening the Company received from a member of the Supervisory Board, Ms. Xihong Deng, a statement of resignation from the Company's Supervisory Board with effect from February 22, 2024. According to the resignation, it was submitted for personal reasons. <br /> Following Ms. Xihong Deng's resignation, the Issuer's Supervisory Board consists of five members and remains composed in accordance with the Articles of Association.<br /> Legal basis: <br /> § 3 (1) (7 ) of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System "Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market".<br /> |
